Αθήνα 25.11.2016, 07:16

This scholarship is established in memory of the late Chris Argyris, the James Bryant Conant Professor of Education and Organization Behavior at Harvard and a Member of ALBA’s Academic Council. A highly influential management theorist, Professor Argyris was widely regarded as the “father” of Organization Behavior.

In 1992 Professor Argyris responded enthusiastically in our invitation to serve on ALBA’s Academic Council; he participated in several meetings of the Council; and he delivered the inaugural lecture of our MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management program. He also delivered lectures to our MBA students and to ALBA’s stakeholders. He offered invaluable advice pro-bono to the Board of Directors and to the Dean of ALBA and played a vital role in the development of the School.

The Chris Argyris Scholarship in Organization Behavior  is a merit based scholarship covering 100% of the tuition fees in the program (full scholarship). Eligible candidates must demonstrate a strong profile and a bachelor C.I. higher than 7,5/10.

Extracurricular activities, volunteering and related work experience would be highly appreciated. Shortlist and final decision will be taken by the ALBA admission committee. Eligible candidates must meet all of the program’s admission criteria as mentioned in the ALBA website.

Interested applicants must complete and submit the online application, no later than Wednesday 14/12/2016 Please use the notes section to indicate that you apply for “Chris Argyris Scholarship”.
